Twinkle Tot Tumbling

Age 3-5 years

Twinkle Tot Tumbling is a fun and engaging introduction to tumbling for young athletes ages 3 to 5, designed to build strength, coordination, and confidence. This 45-minute class includes structured activities and playful exploration, helping children learn foundational motor skills essential for cheerleading. Our supportive environment encourages little ones to explore movement, build body awareness, and master basic tumbling techniques, including forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands.

Level 1 Tumbling

Age 5+ years

This beginner tumbling class is perfect for athletes ages 5 and up who are just starting their tumbling journey. The 1-hour class focuses on building strength, coordination, and confidence through structured activities and skill-based exercises. In a fun and supportive environment, athletes will develop body awareness and learn key foundational skills such as cartwheels, handstands, stand-up backbends, backbend kickovers, and roundoffs. It’s a great way to help young athletes grow, stay active, and gain a strong start in tumbling.

Level 1.5 Tumbling

Ages 5+ years and under

This advanced beginner tumbling class is ideal for athletes ages 5 and up who have confidently mastered foundational tumbling skills. The 1-hour class focuses on refining technique, strengthening body awareness, and building confidence in more challenging skills such as back walkovers, front walkovers, and Valdez’s. With structured progressions and an encouraging environment, athletes are supported as they continue to grow, develop new skills, and reach their full tumbling potential.

Level 2

Ages 5+

Intermediate/Advanced Tumbling is designed for athletes who have mastered foundational skills and are ready to progress. This 1-hour class focuses on building strength, confidence, and technique while developing standing back handsprings, series passes, bounders, and more. Through spotted drills and structured progressions, athletes gain the power and control needed for advanced tumbling in a supportive and focused environment.

Ages 5+

Level 3+ Tumbling is for athletes with solid back handsprings who are ready to advance their skills. This 1-hour class focuses on punch fronts, front tucks, aerials, layouts, fulls, and more. Athletes will improve strength, air awareness, and technique through drills, spotted reps, and power training — all in a structured, motivating environment that builds confidence and prepares them for elite-level tumbling.

Flyer Fundamental Class

All Ages

Flyer Fundamentals is a specialized class designed to develop strong, confident flyers for competitive cheerleading. Focused entirely on body positions, balance, and core control, athletes will learn proper technique for libs, heal stretches, scales, arabesques, and more. Our coaches provide hands-on instruction and drills to improve flexibility, strength, and body awareness—essential for safe and impressive stunts. Jump Class

All Ages

Our Jump Class empowers athletes with all the tools needed to elevate their skills—literally and figuratively. Through a progressive blend of strength training (squats, lunges, calf work) and plyometric drills (like box and tuck jumps), participants develop the explosive power required for clean, high jumps and soft landings. Each session includes flexibility and technique components, breaking down arm position, leg extension (toe touches, hurdler, pikes, herkies), and body alignment for visibly sharper form and higher performance potential. Whether you're working toward your first toe‑touch or connecting advanced jump sequences in cheer routines, this class builds both confidence and consistency in every leap.
